THE ROOMS:
We have two double rooms each with one double bed, one twin rooms
with two individual beds, one triple suite with three individual beds.
The triple suite has a double sofa bed in the main room with two individual beds in an adjoining
room. It has a kitchenette with cooker and microwave, and a bathroom en-suite. If occupied by just 2 the price for 3 pers
applies.
ACCESS:
All the rooms are on second or third floor with independent access. All guests are issued with a front
door key for 24 hour access.
Free parking is available in the street nearby.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
Arrival is at any time after 1.00 midday and departure is before 11.00 am on the last day. Exceptionally
we can make allowance for late flights depending on other bookings. It is always best to advise us of your travel arrangements
as accurately as possible.
RESERVING:
You can reserve by phone 0034972600776 or by email costabravarent@hotmail.com Once you have confirmed dates etc. we ask for a deposit of approx 10% paid by cheque, bank transfer or by credit card
on Paypal. If you pay the balance at least four weeks before arrival we will send you an entrance key by post. This is especially
useful if you are travelling by car or have a very late flight. If you decide to pay the balance on arrival this must be in
cash.
